2 Months!!

Guess who is 2 months old!!

Its our little Bricen.

He is so much fun, he is such a happy baby and loves to just relax.

He is giving us lots of smiles now and is cooing and cawing.

He is starting to get these adorable little dimples when he smiles.

He weighs 13 lbs now

He is in the 90% for his weight and height 

And he is getting into 3-6 month closes already!!

We love him dearly and cant imagine not having him here with us.

Utah to Idaho

We are back in Idaho and it feels great to be with our family. We have been through the ringer in the past few months. We have been blessed tremendously, We cant even begin to list the multitude of our blessings. One that sticks out is the fact that we sold our home in Utah. It was only on the market for three months which is nothing in today's economy. Not only that but we ended up on top and made some money. We are so very fortunate. We were living with my parents when we first moved up here so that Javis could start his new job on time. That is another blessing that Javis found a GREAT job that brought us right back up here to North Idaho. It was so hard to leave our home, we had invested so much into it. And it was so very hard to leave all our neighbors and friends that had became our family. Utah did a lot for us and I know that this was the lords plan all along. Its hard to accept sometimes because we did grow so attached to our home there in Utah. 

However we have moved on and have found a great place to live in CDA. Its a 3bed 2bath brand new home. We are just renting for now until we decide what our future holds. Another blessing was finding such a great place to live in such a short amount of time. To live in another brand new home is great, so clean for the kids and we are really able to make it feel like home for us. We will always miss Utah and our home there, but as time goes on where we are at now feels more and more like the right place for us to be. The move was a lot of work and we realized how much stuff we really have!! Holy smokes... but hey kids will do that to ya. 

Having a new baby while living with my parents, Javis transitioning to a new job, and us waiting not knowing if we were even going to sell our house has worn us out. But we are a team and we may have rough times but we have stayed together and I have never felt stronger in my marriage then I do now. That is the biggest blessing of all. Our eyes have been opened and we are thankful for everything we have and most of all we are thankful for each other and our two beautiful and healthy children. We got threw our challenges by leaning on each other's faith. We were kicked down, and kicked down again but we kept helping each other up and threw our continuous faith we have received nothing but blessings. It is when our faith is tested that it is able to grow.

Loves

Bricen is one month now and is so spoiled. He is constantly getting loves from everyone. He loves listening to his sisters voice and she is so much help. Seeing how much she loves him just melts my heart. There is nothing like love between siblings. Its such a precious time right now because our kids will never be this little and time will just continue to fly by.

Liliana will be 3 in one month and I just cant believe it, Bricen is already a month old and weighs 8lbs 5 oz. He is growing so fast and already is loosing those new born characteristics : )

Liliana got to make cupcakes with Grandma for Halloween. And she had so much fun helping every step of the way. It was the very first time she really got to make cupcakes and she was so proud of herself! I thought it would be fun to post a picture of every step that she got to do by herself. She is so big now and I cant believe my little girl will be 3 years old next month!

Baby Boy

1 week old

Sister & Brother Love 

Time goes by so fast but yet at the same time I cant believe we haven't had Bricen forever. He is such a miracle and we are so blessed to have two beautiful children. Liliana has been great with him. She must always kiss him and hold him. She always says " awe baby Bricen you so cute!" Its adorable and melts my heart. Bricen is such a good baby and loves to have his arms up by his face ... which explains why I could never see his face in the ultrasound pictures. He sleeps well at night and is oblivious to his loud sister when he needs to sleep : ). He really is so precious.

He has arrived!!

Bricen Andrew Cornett

7 lbs 9 oz and 20 inches long

I started having contractions around 12 am on Friday and by four thirty am we headed to the hospital. And only three hours later we had our sweet little boy. Labor went well and pretty quickly for the most part. He is healthy and oh so adorable. Grandma brought Liliana to the hospital to go see her new baby brother and she was so good. She just wanted to hold him and give him lots of kisses. She had a hard time leaving and begged Grandma to turn the car around. Aunt Shawnte also came to the hospital to visit Bricen and it was so sweet of her to come all that way and bring me such yummy snacks!! 

We are so thankful that he is here and that he is healthy. We love him so much and it feels like we have had him forever! He is the perfect little addition to our family and we cant wait to start making memories with him.

Open House

We were lucky enough to get to go to the open house of the Brigham City Temple before we left. From day one we watched it being built, it was so exciting and we could not wait until it was open. It is such a beautiful temple! 

The final countdown

This pregnancy is quickly coming to an end. This weekend I will be 38 weeks!! I can not believe that I had Liliana at 38 weeks. It is so exciting to think that soon we will be holding our little boy. Liliana is so excited too, she is constantly talking about him. She loves to look at his clothes and talk about how cute he is going to be. I can't wait to see her expression when she sees him for the first time!! 

I have been feeling good besides the usual. A little bit of heartburn,tiredness,swelling... The fun stuff! I've been so HOT with the summer heat but luckily that seems to be getting better as the weather cools down a bit. Looking forward to the end and the suspence of how he will make his big arrival! 

37 1/2 weeks!!

32 Weeks

Liliana is so excited about her new baby brother. She is always hugging my tummy and giving baby brother kisses. It just melts my heart how loving she is! We are so excited for his arrival!

California!!

Liliana and I had the opportunity to go to California and see some of my extended family. We first drove to Boise and then the next day we left with my Grandpa and Aunt Karen. We had so much fun I don't think I could even write everything we got to do while we were there. We got to meet all my Dad's cousins and we got to meet my Great Grandpa... Liliana's Great Great Grandpa. It was really special to get to spend time with all the family. I am so grateful for the trip. We got to go to Old Town Sacramento and we got to go to San Francisco! Two places I will probably never get the chance to visit again. It truly was a awesome vacation!!

Liliana absolutely loved taking a bath in Auntie Loretta's sink!! Every night she was so excited to get in the sink and play in the bubbles.
